My Question or Issue
I have a couple of Chinese songs saved into one of my playlists but unforunately those songs are only available on my desktop. So there's no problem with any songs on the desktop version but when I go onto my iPhone to listen to the music, some songs are greyed out and others are not. None of these songs are local files, I found them by looking them up in Spotify.
Hey @rouischeese! Welcome to tge Spotify Community! 🙂
That doesn't sound quite right.
Have you tried to reinstall your iPhone App? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
Let me know how it goes! 🙂
Peace
I've tried reinstalling the iPhone app, restarted my phone, and updated my iOS with no luck.
So if I had premium I would be able to listen to them on mobile? Wouldn't it affect both desktop and mobile versions if that was the case?
I'm not sure.
They could be blocked in your country. You can check the availability of songs in your country with this tool.
And are both of devices using the same Wi-Fi network?
Let me know how it goes! ^^
Peace
