Song & track info wont display in car via bluetooth

First the good....

1.) I can play all spotify songs via bluetooth & use the steering wheel controls no problem.

Now for the bad....

1.) No track names, album, artist info and cover artwork will display via bluetooth.

2.) When connected via USB, Spotify plays every song for like 2-3 seconds in the entire playlist so it can download the info. Once the car is turned off, it must do this at everyone engine start/turn on. ANNOYING, espically if the playlist has many songs.

HOW CAN WE FIX THESE 2 ISSUES???????????

Also tried using my wifes phone, same issues occured.
