Songs I add to playlist on my computer are not transferring to my phone

I have a number of playlists, but I only sync 3 of them for offline mode. I have recently been experiencing a problem where I add songs to those playlists on my computer, but they do not update on my phone. I have tried plugging my iphone into my computer, deleting the app then re-installing, and looked on the app for an option to update. Nothing seems to be adding on my phone unless I do it directly from my phone. Is there a solution?

Have you tried pulling the offline check on and off? If that doesn't work try re installing the app or if there's an update for Spotify download it and it should work. Otherwise it's most likely a problem with your phone. (I've had offline playlists on my other account for three years and it works perfectly)
