Songs Skipping to Beginning and won’t stop

I am using a iPhone with iOS 11.2.6 This bug started when I connected to my Amazon Alexa and tried to play from my playlist. I disconnected from my Alexa but the problem was still happening. I have played music through my Amazon Alexa in the past with no problems. I have the most recent update of Spotify that I can find. I have recently switched from Spotify premium family to just Spotify premium.

At first, the songs would skip through, fast enough that there was no audio heard for any of them, under a second until it had gone through the songs that were in my queue and was just skipping though songs. Then it started moving around in the song while I had it paused, skipping from 2:34 to 1:43 etc. in no particular order, just skipping around in the song. It wasn’t playing audio because I had it paused but I could see the little progress bar moving. Sometimes it would go to negative times. Then it started playing one second of the song at the beginning, then jumping back to the beginning again, so it was just playing one second of audio over and over. 

I tried closing down the app, then opening it again. I switched my wifi. I reset my iphone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. I logged into another persons account on my device, and it was working fine, and then back onto my account and it was still glitching. I signed into my Spotify on my Kindle Fire and the problem was still happening.

I have attached a screen recording of how it is working now, I just pressed a song and did not touch anything.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
