@ambl1966 Are you making spotify content available offline or synching local files from your PC? What actually happens - any errors?
Im also having issues! please can you help?! Even when not in Offline mode, some of my songs haven't loaded properly and I'm therefore unable to play them. When I tap on them it comes up with a message saying 'Track Not Synced'. On my laptop, I am able to play the songs but the artists are in grey font rather than white (I don't know if that makes a difference)

Hi - I am having a problem like this. Using an Iphone 5C, new version of Spotify. I am a Premium member, using 3G enabled syncing but the switch to sync playlists for offline just flips back to the left when I try and move it across to the right.
I have plenty of space on my phone so why is this happening? It's really frustrating!
