Songs are greyed out

All of my songs are now greyed out saying I need a Premium account for on-demand mobile streaming.

I have a Premium account!!

Why is this happening please?

Could you just confirm your account is showing as premium on your online overview?

No, it shows Free version.

It has been billed and not due again for another week?

I've not updated my IOS so not same.

Don't know why it's showing as free when i am paying for premium.

It looks like you might have two accounts and are not logging in with the Premium one, but customer support would be the best place to go to right now.
