Songs don’t stay hearted or liked

I have an iPhone 8 Plus with the newest os and I’m a premium member in the US. For some reason songs don’t stay “hearted” or liked in the radios or daily mixes when I tap out of the app and come back in and the recent songs I’ve liked don’t stay in my library. I’ve had support clear my cache I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app I’ve logged out and logged back in I don’t know what else to do. Help?!

The liked or hearted songs from radios don't get saved in your Songs but they are actually put in a playlist called Liked from Radio which can be found in your Playlists folder.
