Songs grayed out in personal playlists after switching to new device

So I just switched to an iPhone SE from a Droid. After downloading and installing the Spotify app, I went to play one of my personal playlists. However, a lot of the songs are grayed out and say song unavailable. When I search for the songs in Spotify, they are all available and can be played. I also checked the Spotify app on my old phone, and all the songs in my playlist are playable on that device. I really don't want to have to go through all of my playlists and re-add songs and re-edit the lists, so how can I make all of these songs available?
