Songs keep skipping

Since 2 weeks ago, every time my wife plays music the songs skip after some irregular number of seconds, sometimes it’s after 10 seconds, sometimes after 40 seconds, and the worst part is the songs to which it skips are not part of any list, it’s just like junk elevator music.

This is extremely annoying, we already tried uninstalling, log off and in, changed account, deactivate canvas and auto play, nothing works. I’m thinking on just cancel, anybody knows about this issue?
