Songs not saved in iPhone storage

My Question or Issue

I was able to play songs in my car by connecting the USB cable to my phone through Spotify as they were saved in my storage. However, all of a sudden, it shows me that I have 0 songs in my storage now. I would like to know how to save/download the songs so that they would appear in my storage once again.

Hope you're doing great!

Songs or podcasts you download in Spotify don't get outside the app, everything downloaded is only playable through Spotify only due to the way they're encoded to protect the owners rights.
