Songs only playing for 2 seconds

My Question or Issue

My issue is that I can play one song if I restart the app but when it goes onto the next song is only plays 2 seconds until I restart the app again. I have tried reinstalling the app and that doesn’t work. All my songs are downloaded as well.

Does this happen while the app is in Offline mode? A video showcasing the issue would be much appreciated - that way we can get a clear idea of what's going on.

If possible, try logging in to another device to see if the issue is present there.
