Songs skipping after 40seconds

When listening to songs on my iPhone the song skips after approximately 40 seconds. I have tried different playlists and songs and still having the same issue. I have looked at settings and cannot see what it will be. I have logged out and back in again and deleted the app and reinstalled it and the problem remains.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? Sorry if this may sound a bit repeptitive but if that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Also, I'd recommend updating to iOS 12.1.4 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
