Songs skipping and stopping on Chromecast speakers

Our Setup

1 Chromecast Audio

2 Chromecast Speakers (Harman Kardon - Citation One)

All speakers grouped, and available individually.

My Question or Issue

Setup worked for years. Out of the blue, this happens on wife's phone.

Tried the same on my phone, and now happens also on my phone.

Disconnecting Chromecast speakers, no issue anymore.

Restarted house internet connection, made casting connection to one individual speaker. Works. ✔️

Connecting then to group of speakers, issue appears again. ❌

Connecting to individual speaker again, issue stays.❌

Intend to do screen recording for posting later.

I understand you're facing some issues while you try using Spotify on Google products, don't worry, I'm here to help you!

Did you try to perform a clean reinstall of the app? You can see this page a process to make this and see if it works.

Also, have you tried unlinking your Spotify account and link it again on your Google Home app?
