My Question or Issue

 

when I try yo play music it plays for about 15 seconds and skips to another song. It always skips to a song not on any of my playlists. after slipping to one of those songs the same thing happens. 

Often I am getting the message song not available. Also happens with the songs it has skipped to. The things I have already done to attempt a fix:

 


Reset password

logged out of all devices

deleted the app and downloaded again

Changed streaming quality (read about that online)

Removed permissions for apps from my account

tried streaming through wifi and cellular.

As a first step, we recommend clearing the Play Queue in the app. If that doesn't make any difference, try running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

 

If the issue persists after this, make sure to follow all the steps in this article. We know you've already tried some of those steps, but we'd like you to try again if the previous suggestions didn't work. In case this doesn't work, follow the steps under Lost anything?
