Spotify 30 day free trial won't work on devices

Today I activated the spotify 30day premium trial. However, when I go to play a song on my phone it says only preium users get this feature...

Both are on the same account ( i checked already) and I've tried logging back in and out. 

When I go to account details it says I am on premium. 

How do I fix this??

It would seem that this is an issue for many users. Head on over to this topic and give the Spotify Team a shout...however, please make sure you've followed some of the troubleshooting tips posted on that topic as well. This is just to see if it's a matter of needing to reinstall the software or logging in/out.
