Spotify App closes when I play songs online

Spotify App closes when I play songs online

I can only listen to songs that I have downloaded for offline listening. When I try to listen online the app just closes itself within a matter of seconds.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.


Give it a try reinstalling the app and see if you're still experiencing the same issue. Here's how.

 

You can also try using a different Spotify account to check if the same thing happens.

I have tried reinstalling the app, I even got a new phone and the same thing happens, what should I do?
