Spotify App won't load at all

My Question or Issue

 I've been using the app Spotify on my Iphone XR for awhile now, however, starting yesterday the app absolutely would not load at all. I've deleted it and restarted my phone multipke times, but there is still no change. Spotify works on my computer and I signed out of all accounts from there. It will go to the login page on my phone and when I enter my username and password, it will load for a very long time to only end up in an error occuring. When I try to reach the Spotify help page, the page will not load at all. Can someone help me, please?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? Sorry if this may sound a bit repetitive but if that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app by following these steps.

 

Could you try using the remove Offline devices and Sign Out Everywhere from your Spotify account page?

Does this happen if you sign in with another Spotify account on your iPhone?

If possible could you try using another internet connection or probably signing in to another device with similar specs with your Spotify account?


If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
