Spotify Connect IOS Sonos

Spotify Connect IOS Sonos

Spotify connect can no longer find any speakers on SONOS and after several attempts to try and work out what this is mDNS, Multicast etc. I still cannot get this to work. I have also removed the firewall reverting back to the standard Virgin router which has not worked and this affects every device in the house (all ios). Reading on line this seems to be a common issue but is making me consider do I keep using Spotify. Please can someone advise. Sonos have checked and there are no issues on the speakers or bridge.

I'm also having a ton of issues using the Spotify iOS app and a Sonos Play 5 speaker.  Ther app doesnt find my speaker most of the time.  I have to connect using the Sonos app first, then if I go back to the Spotify app sometimes it will then connect.  But, the Spotify app will quickly lose the connection so I cannot even adjust volume or anything.  Very frustrating.  The Sonos app works great but it limits me to playlists and saved music.  

It’s **bleep** read so many issues on this and Spotify make it incredibly hard to log a case. May cancel.
