Spotify Connect don't find Bose Soundtouch on iOS

Hey. Sorry for my bad english, im german.

I have a problem with my new soundtouch system. first it worked with spotify but we had problems with the internet radio. it stops after a few minutes. therefore we reseted the whole system and after that the internet radio works trouble-free but spotify connect cant find the soundtouch device. we tried it with my premium account from different devices (ipad, my iphone and my husbands iphone) and we also tried my husbands spotify account (no premium). I also called the bose hotline and they checked the system. THe bose system has a connection to spotify so it has to be a spotify problem. help!!! i dont want to work with deezer.

Try resetting the system again. Most people that have trouble seeing the speaker on Spotify has fixed this problem by resetting it.
