Receiver streaming is no longer working, from Ipad air(updated) or android Samsung tab 3. My runing premium cannot use spotify connect since a few days. This was running fine for my Pionneer sc 2023, still found as device by the app. But the app connot hand over to the receiver, while trying for some time. No visible error on the apps. Germany, rb

I solved the Spotify Connect problem now, by switching to Google DNS in my Receiver.
DNS1: 8.8.8.8
DNS2: 8.8.4.4

Could you try and check if your pioneer's firmware is up to date?
Also, do you have the latest version of Spotify?

Yes it is the newest receiver firmware. As mentioned, also newest app version. It seems you cannot connect any longer. Do you see errors with some Pioneer receivers? Kind regards, Ralf.
Hey Jean, thank you. The internet is running fine by Web Radio, and also Air Play works with the receiver. My small tab3 gets it the same issue. Good day, Ralf
Okay, let's try something else:
I suggest you try a clean reinstall and see if this helps, This usually fixes most problems 🙂
Note: This will remove any saved offline tracks and cache 🙂
