Spotify Connect with Pioneer VSX-923-K not working anymore

Hi,

 

I have a Pioneer VSX-923-K receiver that is enabled for Spotify Connect. I'm not sure when, but for some reason the iOS app won't allow me to stream to my receiver anymore. What do I need to do to get Spotify Connect to work again?

Can you try restarting your receiver?

 

It seems like the Spotify app doesn't see your receiver on the WiFi network.

Hi,

 

I have unplugged the receiver for a couple of minutes. I have also rebooted the iPad and also my iPhone. Restarting the receiver did help once upon a time.

I have a vsx-828 and experience the same problem

Hi all,

 

I send my VSX-923-K in for repair. It appears that the network interface or software will start to behave erratically. Eventually my network interface quit completely. I now have my VSX-923-K back from repair and it is fully functional again!!
