My Question or Issue

For the last 24 hours, whenever I try to connect to a device, it just shows “Connecting” for several minutes then reverts to “Devices Available” without ever connecting. I’ve tried logging out and back in to no effect.

Hi!

 

Does this problem occur with different Spotify Connect devices? Have you tried to reboot one of those devices to see if that helps? If not, have you tried to reboot the router?

Thanks for your suggestions. I tried rebooting my router but this had no effect. In the end I reinstalled the app on both my iPhone and iPad and that sorted it out. Can only assume it was either the latest app update, the update to iOS 13.5.1 on both my devices or a combination of both updates that caused the problem. Thanks again.
