Spotify is offline only while on WiFi after updating to the most recent version. Spotify has "local network access" in iPhone settings and works fine on LTE/5G networks. 

 

I've tried: 

- Logging out and logging back in (I can only log back in when on LTE)

- Restarting device

- Reinstalling Spotify 

- Restarting WiFi network

- Trying alternate WiFi networks

- Turning off/on local network access

 

All other iOS devices and Mac devices on the network with Spotify have no issues.

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.

 

Can you confirm if you followed these steps when you performed a reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

It would also be great if you can log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist.

Yes I followed those steps. 


Yes I am able to log into my account via other devices )mine and my friends), even on the same network.
