Spotify Premium for iPad is broken

Radio function is totally inoperable, either I'm told the radio station can not be started or after 3- 5 songs the radio station quits playing. It has been over a week since I've had a working account. I've rebooted, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app...and now I'm starting to wonder why I'm paying for a service that offers me no customer service.

Hey TaraD - We're aware some users having trouble with Radio. For now have you tried these work around steps?
