Spotify Premium not activating on iPhone 5

I upgraded my Spotify account about 15 minutes ago, and my phone is still telling me that I am not a Premium user.  How long does it take to activate? Thanks!

Normally instantly. Please try logging out then into the client.

I've logged in and out about six times, and I'm still being directed to Radio every time I try to stream on demand.

Have you tried reinstalling?

Also, go to http://spotify.com/account/subscription and see what it says.
