Spotify Premium plays one song at a time

I have Spotify premium and I'm using it on iOS 8.4, but I've had this issue on older versions of iOS. It seems to happen when I've linked too many devices to my account. I'll remove all my devices and do a clean installation, but I'll still only be able to play one song at a time. I've also disconnected from my FB account and logged-in again - one thread offered that as a solution, but it doesn't work. I have to close the app and reopen it to go to the next song. All of my starred and local files are gone but in a constant of reloading. This only happens with the app, not the desktop version. I've provided screen shots of the issue:

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
