I have tried reinstalling the Spotify app and it still happens

I have also removed all offline devices from my account yet it still happens

any sort of help will be appreciated greatly!

This could be caused by a couple of issues:

1)poor Network connection. If your network connection (cellular or wifi) isn't capable of streaming music at the standard quality, it could result in buffering which would produce gaps in playback. You could adjust the streaming quality under settings>Music Quality

2)there could be interference from your headphones. Spotify responds to handsfree communication from headphone buttons. If this has been shorted in your headphones or is being pressed on accident, it could cause Spotify to pause or even skip songs. See if this occurs with another pair of headphones, or even without headphones at all.
