Spotify crashes on iPhone 5s

My Spotify and iOS are the latest version, today when I open the app on my iPhone 5S the iphone will reboot immediately, I tried to unistall and reinstall the app but the problem is still! I'm premium user for years and never met this before

This is particurly strange behaviour, may i ask if your iphone is running the iOS 9 Beta? or if it is jailbroken?

No it isn't jailbroken, the iOS version is 8.4, I think iOS 9 is available to iPhone 6 or plus

iOS 9 will officaly be available in september, at the moment its just a beta 🙂

Back to your issue:

Two questions:

1. Are you using a spotify beta?
2. Do you have the latest spotify app?

the Spotify version is 3.7.0, I just updated it on 10th, 2 days ago, I don't know if it's beta, I cannot see it in app because I cannot open it

You have the normal app 🙂

I suggest you uninstall the app, restart your phone and then reinstall the app, if this does not work please let me know so i can escalate the issue 🙂

I'm having the same issue / the app crashes immediately. Running iOS 8.4.1 I uninstalled, restarted the phone, then reinstalled the app and the app still crashes, every time.
