Spotify crashing when trying to open on iPad after latest update

After latest update on iPad, Spotify app crashes when I try to open it.

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. First I tried to open Spotify.

2. Then Spotify crashed and shutdown.

3. I also cleared history, cookies, deleted app, shutdown, restarted iPad, reinstalled app, tried again, got same result.

What I expected to happen

Spotify to work.

What actually happened

Spotify crashed.

Try it again. I just had the same issue. After it crashed 10-12 times, all of a sudden everything is back to normal for me.
