Spotify doesn't work with wifi

Hi I used to love Spotify but recently I find it's the worst. First I couldn't stream songs while I was on my home wifi. I was forced to use my data to get any kind of music to stream. It says I am "offline" but I am not. This is not a problem with my wifi considering I can search things on the web just fine. I am not offline in my settings. I have tried deleting the app and redownloading it, but now it will not even let me log in. Let me know if you have any solutions. And as a FYI I have premium. Thanks.
