My Question or Issue

Last year’s features, such as canvas don’t appear on my settings, even though i’m on the latest version of the app. I created another account in the same device, and canvas was available to activate or deactivate. So I don’t know how to get these features on my main account as well.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community and welcome.

 

It'd be great to double-check whether you have the Data Saver mode switched on when playing music with your main Spotify account on your iPhone. You can do the following to switch it off:

 

  • Tap Home
  • Tap Settings
  • Switch Data Saver off

Suggesting this since if you have it activated then this mode will prevent the Canvas feature to be available in your Settings.

Hello and thanks for your response. I already checked it before and that is not the problem. Canvas is not even in the playback settings. Also the home section looks different from the other account, as if the account didn’t update. Pd: My app is up to date.

It didn’t work. My app still updates, but that feature isn’t appearing.
