Spotify freezes and stops music playback after ads. Still. In late 2017.

This bug has been posted by many people for several years now.

Could we get this prioritized with devs?  It forces your customers to quit the app and relaunch multiple times in a few hours, which is a sad experience.  Sad customers will go to youtube and pandora and so forth.

I'm having this issue, particularly with Hotel Tonight ads and Spotify's own ads. It'll play about 4 songs and then the ad will just stop playback altogether. I can't keep force quitting every time this happens, which is about 3-5x an hour, as I use this account at work. Has anyone found a solution?
