Spotify iPhone app won't play track 1's on albums

Hey @Alexmilak, are you on a free account or a premium account? If you're on a free account, you can only shuffle on the mobile app. If you upgrade to premium, you shouldn't have this issue.

Strange, ok then! What error message are you getting when you try to play a song? Are you able to post a screenshot?

Also if you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, that'd be a huge help.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times. It still happens. It's not exclusively track 1s, it's random tracks, unpredictable. No error message comes up, the song just won't play at all.

Very strange, I'll escalate this one up for you @Alexmilak and see what the Spotify staff can do for you.

Are you able to confirm for me what device you are using and what version of iOS you are on?
