Spotify is logged out in my phone, and when I try logging in, it crashes.

Spotify is logged out in my phone, and when I try logging in, it crashes.

It has been crashing like this for some days now. It logged out by itself. I already tried downloading a new version, but nothing changed.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

Since you mentioned it logged out by itself, we'd like to double-check: is your account on free service and have you traveled recently? If yes, perhaps this is due to some limitations on the app. When your account is on free service, you can use Spotify in a different country or region for up to 14 days. After that, you need to update your account settings by following these steps.

 

Note: Your new country or region only shows when you’re actually there.

 

We're aware of some issues while using the app with mobile data. If perhaps your account is set up in Brazil, it might be worth taking a look at this thread.

 

We'll be on the lookout!
