Spotify isn't working

I recently purchased spotify premium on my iPod and after a week it stopped working. It's very annoying because I can't listen to any music offline 😔

Okay if you're still the problem I'd check your subscription on https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/subscription/

that'll confirm wheter or not you have premium. If it's saying you've got premium but it's not working on your iOS device, a quick logout/login will usually fix it.

 

If it says free, then best check the receipt emailed to you, this will have the username of the account on this(I only say this becasue sometimes if you've linked a facebook account it can kinda create 2 accounts, and only one will have premium).

 

If it says premium and you've logged out and back in to and still no luck, personally I had to uninstall the app then reinstall and it started magically working.

 

If all else fails, spotify have a grreat support team https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact 

if they reply with a generic resopose which doesn't help reply to the no-reply email and they'll get back to you 🙂

Hey sorry to hear your premium isn't working anymore, can I just have some more info.

hi, offline music doen't work and it says that I have to upgrade my account to premium but I already done that.

my spotify premium comes in a bundle with my contract, but i went to listen to music today and it kept saying upgrade to premium but i get 2 years of spotify with my contract but it keeps saying i have to upgrade to premium i have logged out logged back in, it says that im not signed up for premium even though i pay a huge amount of money a month for my contract to get spotify premium
