Spotify keeps interrupting myn playlists and playing recently liked songs

My Question or Issue

I start a playlist, que, jam, and I stop for indescriminate amounts of time and spotfy automatically switches to recently liked songs or previously listened to tracks. Getting to be quite annoying, would like to resolve, if not may find something else. This seems like something that should not happen.

When you pause Spotify for a while and come back, it changes the queue or the now-playing playlist to recently liked songs. Is that correct?

During that time, do you switch devices or platforms? For example, you are playing music on your phone then you play the liked songs on another platform and then come back to the phone later?

Could you try replicating this issue on the desktop app or the web player? 🙂
