Spotify not working properly on iWatch after iCloud restore

My Question or Issue

I recently restored a backup from iCloud on a brand new iPhone I’ve got. Spotify remained there as part of the restore and iWatch got restored “fine as well”. Thing comes when I play a song on the iPhone: the iWatch Spotify is simply dead. It doesn’t let me to stop, play or perform any action.

 

Any ideas?

EDIT: I already uninstalled the Spotify app on the iWatch and reinstalled it again (on iWatch). I haven’t fully uninstalled the Spotify on the phone since I don’t want to download all my saved songs again and again and I was curious if this thread could help finding the real issue.

This got surprisingly fixed today. No update applied, no changes on my account.
