Spotify offline in USA does not work

I have a Spotify Premium Account in Switzerland.  During my recent trip to the United States, all my stored albums did not work Offline.  What is the problem?

I recommend checking out the “Downloads unexpectedly removed” section of the “Listen offline troubleshooting” support article for some more help with this.

If the article doesn't help I recommend keeping your app updated with a clean reinstallation and avoiding any cache-clearing apps.
