Spotify on Ipad - seaching friends and playlists

Hello,

I have the spotify app on my ipad. i am unable to search for friends, whenever i click on the friends tab the only option is connect to facebook. i do not have facebook. if i search with username nothing comes up.

also, i am having issues searching my friends playlists. please help.

Also sir, I do not believe it possible to search for friends on the iPad app.

When I click on friends icon nothing comes up. When I type in the username of a friend, nothing comes up....

Friend's playlist will only appear if its connected to Facebook or if you follow any Spotify friends.
