Spotify premium not working AGAIN on my iPhone!

for two weeks running I can no longer get spotify to play songs on my iPhone in offline or online mode. Nothing's appears to be wrong until I press play and nothing happens, no music and the counter doesn't start. I've been online in the last 24 hours so that's not an issue.

this happened two weeks ago and th only way I could fix it was to delete the app and th data and start again but that's not reasonable when I'm paying a premium price.

does anybody know what could cause this and how I sort it for the long term?
