Spotify premium not working on my iPhone 3G

Hi,
I just started a free trial of Spotify Premium but it won't work on my phone. I don't have a computer, so I haven't tried from one, yet.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I tried logging in outside of Facebook, but it just makes me log in with Facebook. I tried logging out, but I can't remember my login details and when I try to reset my password, it just says to reset my Facebook password.

When you registered for your free trial, did you register using your Spotify username account or using Facebook? 

(Top Tip: If you are having issues with password resets, enter your username instead of your email address).

I logged in with my username and it brought me to my ex-boyfriend's spotify. I think I accidentally bought HIM a premium account. But now I can't figure out how to log into MY account.

Sounds complicated! Best thing to do is probably to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to sort it all out for you. Its much easier for them since they can see all of your account data 😉

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
