Spotify premium stuttering on iPhone 5

Hi,
My spotify premium has suddenly started playing up.

Tracks keep stuttering and skipping along often accompanied by a weird beeping noise. Sometimes it stops completely but then 20 seconds later comes back on. Then it can be ok for 20 mins before the problem starts again.

I've reinstalled the app twice and it hasn't fixed it.

I dropped my phone a few weeks ago and it started after this - but everything else on my phone is fine.

Any ideas how to sort? It's very annoying g

Hello, @Ec84! I think it could be something with your device since you dropped your phone. It's more likely that the hardware is damaged. Are tracks stuttering when you listen to the music via headphones?

Thanks @thehidd. Yep via headphones on my commute - if I hold it in my hand and keep it still it seems to be better than when I put it in my pocket but it's still happening a lot - too k it on a run just now and had to stop using it. So I need to get apple to fix it then?

This looks like a hardware issue to me. You will need to contact Apple so that they can help you out with your device.
