Spotify "hors connexion" Iphone

Bonjour,

Depuis un mois impossible de me connecter à Spotify sur mon Iphone 5. Je ne peux même pas rentrer mes identifiants, le message "connexion impossible" s'affiche constament, bien que je sois connectée à internet. Comment faire? J'ai téléchargé et supprimé l'application mais le même message continue d'apparaître.

Is this happening on WiFi or mobile data? Does restarting the app make a difference? Also, when you reinstalled, did you follow the exact steps listed here?
