Spotify ruined my week

First spotify didnt back up 5 years (2081 tracks) of unreplacable songs and playlists. Now i have spent £50 pounds on music to load onto the iopd to try and replace some of the music. And it says its synced them on but my ipod wont play so try to connect it back up and wants me to wipe it again.

Im going on a 6 hour car journy tommorow and wanted my ipod and new music.

+ asked spotify for help 8 hours ago and no-one got back. If you value ur music dnt let it anywhere near this program.

At least in a car t here can be 3G internet!

Try being on an airplane where you have "sync" for "offline" the music AND IT ASKS  YOU TO LOGIN TO FACEBOOK. Then discover it's the low cost Ibera Airlines which is stuck in the 1980's -- instead of WiFi they have telephones on their aircraft!

Responses take at least 3 to 5 days and don't expect the response to be helpful in any way. They asked me about the Facebook App. What facebook App? It's required to use Spotify!?? I think that is part of the problem. If they could just store the info without facebook it would probably work better.
