Spotify stops on my MacPro when I get a call on my iPhone

I have a MacPro cylinder running Spotify. Using AirFoil I broadcast the music to my Airplay-compatible Denon receiver, which plays it thoughout the house. Everything worked great until I ditched my Android phone for a new iPhone XR.

Now whenever I get a call on the iPhone it stops the Spotify client running on my Mac. I have to run back upstairs and hit "Play" again.  It's really annoying, especially when I'm in my back yard two flights down.

I know this has something to do with Airplay and Apple's device handshaking. I tried turning off Settings->General->Handoff on the iPhone but that had no effect.

Found the fix!

On Settings->Phone->Calls On Other Devices, turn off call sharing to the server running Spotify.
