Spotify stops playing music when I press the Home button

Spotify stops playing music when I press the Home button

Hi. Until recently, I could start playing something (online or off) and then go to my iPod's home screen and/or turn the screen off and it'd continue to play. Now, if I navigate away from Spotify at all or try to turn my screen off, the music fades out. Any help please?! Thanks!

Hey @Adettman

 

Open up the multitasking app viewer (the thing that shows all your currently opened apps) by double pressing the home buton and then close out of every single one.

 

Then open up Spotify and see if it works now.

 

If it doesn't work now then try restarting your iPod and then try again. Does that help at all? Let me know how it goes
