My Question or Issue

 Every hour or so while listening to spotify, it will stop playing the music.  Then when I click play it wont play.  So now I have to completely close out of Spotify and reopen it and then search for the song to listen to it again.

Hope you’re doing great!

 

In this case, if this happens again, I’d recommend a quick reinstall of the app following these steps.

If that doesn’t help, try restarting the device to see if that makes a difference.

I've tried that and it still screws up. Every time I turn the music on it
will last for about 30 seconds to a minute and then stop until I have to
completely close out of it, wait a minute, then open it. Very frustrating!

Could you try removing your registered offline devices here: https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/

 

If that doesn’t help, could you tell me your Spotify app version, and your device version.

iOS Version: 11.2.6

So far this issue has only gotten worse. I do appreciate your help though.

Could you try this using another device to see if the same issue happens there? Also, could you try using a different internet connection, and making sure that the app is up to date?
