Spotify will not go “Online” status

My Question or Issue

I cannot get my Spotify to go into “online” mode. Have deleted and added the app to ensure latest version, looked through the menu options, Googled steps (but the steps given do not match the choices I have in menu’s)

Could you try using Remove Offline devices and Sign Out Everywhere from your Spotify account page?

Thanks so much for your reply.

Very happy to say the suggestion in the pic worked perfectly. It wasn’t the app settings, but my phone settings relating to Spotify.
