I have the lastest build of spotify on my verizon iPhone 5 and hooked up through usb to my car.
The metadata, controls and album art work just fine on the first half of the playlist as it shows something like 5/15, but once the second number becomes greater then the first number ex 7/6 then no information is shown. The built in iPod app seems to do this just fine, as it has (current track #) / (total number of tracks #), but spotify does this another way doing (current track #) / (# of tracks left in the playlist) throwing off my in car stereo. Is this a bug or a feature? and could there ever be an option to have it show the "(current track #) / (# of tracks left in the playlist) " instead of how its doing it right now.
John
Its not a bug or a feature I don't think, since Spotify don't officially support car controls via USB connections.
I've seen the same strangeness on my company car with Ford AppLink too though!
