Spotify with Sony Radio

Hi,

my radio is the "Sony XAV-V631BT" and I would like to hear my spotify music in my car with BT Audio after my iPhone has been connected via bluetooth. This is already working when I start Spotify in advance on my Phone. Now when I get into my car the next day, I realize that iOS has probably quit the Spotify app automatically, and I need to reopen it. So, how can I handle this problem? Do I have other options? I don't want do start spotify everytime manually.
